This master's thesis describes an environment for creation and management of interactive web pages. It deals with both the structure design and the visual part. The basic idea is that the page consists of individual elements that can be arbitrarily composed together. There exist several kinds of such elements: interactive, content, database and informative elements. Furthermore, the environment includes tools for account management, access control, database administration, auditing, multilanguage support and some more.

Management of Personal Development

This thesis called "Management of Personal Development" is focused on analysis of the personal development management at one unnamed Moravian manufacturing and trade company focused on creative tasks. The theoretical background deals with defining the elementary terms in this area, lifestyle, career management, mental hygiene, successful manager principles, time management, introspection, and problem solving. In the area of creativity, it approaches the topic in itself, its development, creative abilities and attitudes, and shows a connection between creativity and personal development. It also includes several alternative methods of personal development. The practical part deals with the present state of personal development management and creativity in the company, and on the influence of these factors on the company's operation. This thesis also includes several specific solutions which show several ways of company development.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is touch. The work builds on the fascination with touch, analyzes how different contents can be associated with a gesture that symbolizes something very subtle, fleeting and even fleeting, but at the same time can elicit a very intense and calmly long-lasting response. The output of the bachelor's thesis is a figural sculpture, the prototype of which is the author herself at the age of ten. By depicting a girl's body at an age when it is physically beginning to transform into a woman's body, I ephasizis the touch in its inconsistency, perhaps subtly uncertain the audience and raise questions focused on what the touch means to us.

Introspection

The main theme of my work is introspection. I watch their perceptions with which the work in pictures. Feelings are based on the most intense experiences of the landscape that makes you aware of herself and time, whether it is the past and its memories or related to the presence and subsequent future. These dimensions of time and awareness of their role in it processed in a larger format paintings, which is represented in the landscape, figure, or a fragment thereof and an artifact that link to memories of childhood. Furthermore, I come from the ideas of Thomas Moore contained in the Book of the soul with which I agree. In small format displays philosophical and psychological ideas of the author, based on generally accepted theories of human psychology. Moore Certain considerations addressed in the analysis of the images of themselves, but they are also generally applicable. The Manual

A mixture of symbols, authorities and theories that man need´s to absorb nowdays, is source for many confusing manuals, how to deal with our life, make decisions, or which political party to vote. Exactly the same time, these symbols of authority and theories are an essential part of our culture and education, and that they are looking for inspiration, information and explanations. Sometimes I dream that my source of information is nothing more than nature and its observations. In a utopian world without information provided by them I watched the world at my own pace, subsequently walking from one information to another.In the real world from different disciplines, which explore the universe in great detail, vast quantities of information flows, which the ordinary man in his level is not capable scientificly understand. For instance, when I read about Hawking's paradox, I can imagine how it's probably meant, but I don´t understand the calculations, and resources .. Well anyway, I add this information to my concept of understanding space and black holes. I perceive universe through intuition and its fragments-specific expression of the universe- I perceive through reason. The first series is a picture of my view of the universe by means of symbols - codes that people agreed use- to communicate the inexpressible. Universe is still on the eyes, and whenever I start to deal with its sub-parts, I can recognize its wholeness . Other pictures are formulation and development of selected key topics of the universe (according to my personal priorities).At this point, my work is mainly based on switching between a total and detail. What happens to the "collection" image, and affects other images detail. The last image of the series is once again the image of the wholeness . The spiral development to the second floor above the first image. Projecting the universe through me will be images transformation. Picture, even it is symbolic and symbolizing, is forming to kind of logo. Moreover, It occurs the same logo as a symbol of the universe mirroring by my being. Universe in the universe. Microcosm in the macrocosm. My individuality in the universe. Fractal.

The final diploma thesis of Pedagogy Specialization studing programme, Education Management studing field deals with a Self-development issue and its tools in the context of personnel management. This thesis examines the applicability possibilities of individual tools, methods and techniques used as a standard in personnel management as another possible tool of self-development. The aim of this thesis is a self-development evaluation mean by managerial work in the context of personnel management, including the applicability of self-development in the form of personnel management tool itself and the subsequent of company development. There are real examples of self-development possible tools across scientific disciplines In the practical part. Julien Green's journals and autobiographic writings

Julien Green (1900-1998) was the famous novelist of the 20th century. He was dealing with spiritual and moral dilemmas in his novels, which were among others due to his life experience with several faiths. He was also the author of an extensive diary and autobiographical works. He was keeping diary from young age and covers almost the entire 20th century. His aim was not to describe events, rather to let his thoughts, observations and dilemmas took shape. This work aims to explore that angle of Green's work and reveal its character. It will thematically examine specific centers of interest through this work, focusing on the relationship that exists between the diaries and autobiographical prose, whether by consensus or differences in the content, but also in the form of works.
